How to request an exchange

1. Message us on WhatsApp or call within 7 days of delivery.
2. Share your order number and a photo of the item.
3. We confirm the exchange and share the return address.
4. Once we receive the item, your replacement ships within 48 hours.

What we cannot accept

• Items that have been worn, washed, altered or perfumed
• Items without their original tags and packaging
• Pierced jewellery such as earrings, for hygiene reasons
• Clearance and made-to-order pieces

If something arrived wrong

If your parcel arrived damaged, faulty or with the wrong item, tell us within 48 hours and we will cover the return courier and send the correct piece at no extra cost.
